Job Description/ Competencies/ Measurable Accountabilities:
- Deep understanding of how to deliver measureable business results through social engagement strategies, including community management, social media, and internal collaboration solutions
- Knowledge of how social business can drive objectives internally and externally; knowledge of how organizations use social business when enabling new technologies, and the ability to define social business ROI on a client by client basis
- Possess a wide range of experience applying social business techniques and tools to solve client’s challenging business problems
- Understand the social interplay between marketing, community management, and customer service and support
- Work with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. to plan and execute client campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Experience with the latest tools for measuring engagement and influence
